I walked in to view a place and within a matter of hours I had keys to my place. The ladies at the office helped me every ... step of the way. clean
The outside is clean. I see maintenance every day. The trash area is kept super clean. I like the location of my apartment. ... However, there are smells from other apartments that come into my apartment to a point where it hurts my nose and gives headaches. I keep my apartment clean and smelling really good and some how those other smells come in and are way too strong. I’m trying fabreeze plug ins at the moment. Fast move in and clean outside/in
I was needing to move last minute asap and I was nervous about making a decision so fast. I’ve been here a couple of days ... and I love it. Neighbors are friendly. The property is kept really clean. I was so happy I showed my parents how clean the gym was. So far it feels good. The apartment was renovated and so it has a really nice sink faucet in the kitchen. The cabinets look great but smell the older. The cabinets are the only thing that has a scent to it. Like old wood. Myself and my wife have lived at Gentry's walk for almost 3 years. A great community to belong to. A property not so large ... that it makes you feel like you belong and have become a part of the community, and have built positive relationships with the tenants. New to the community. Thus far its been a great transition to Gentry s Walk. Staff is very courteous and kind. Seems like ... everyone is willing to go the extra mile to help you if needed. Met some of the residents and they also were very kind. The pool is clean and nice to go into and relax after a long day at work. The gym will get you a decent workout. Nothing spectacular but nice to have on the property. My only concern is just paid my rent and saw there was a $25.00 fee to complete the transaction.
