We are in the Mesa school district but border Gilbert and Chadler school systems.

If you are coming from Phoenix you will head eastbound to the Val Vista exit and make a left. If you are coming from south Mesa area you will be heading westbound to Val Vista exit and make a right.

While we always recommend scheduling an appointmnet to make sure we are available when you arrive, no appointment is necessary and we always welcome walk-ins.  

We offer a wide selection of lease terms to fit your time frame and budget. 

Maintenance tech and property manager walks the unit and schedules all the vendors needed at least 2 weeks prior to move in.

During business hours, you can call or come into the office and we can let you into your apartment or provide you with a new key. You will be required to present your ID.

All work orders are submitted through resident portal. If the office is closed the residents can get a hold of us on the after hours emergency line.

You do not have to be present. However, you can request to be home during the repair if preferred. Maintenance will enter with proper notice and secure your unit after completing the work.

 We have a outdoor BBQ grills, Pool with spa, Outdoor playground, Dog park and a 24 hour gym.
